The originating Bargain Central began in Fort Erie, Ontario with the purpose of bringing the best quality and prices for furniture, appliances and home décor to the Niagara region. And for the next two years a lot of hard work and dedication went into delivering on that commitment to quality and service.
Bargain Central Advantage – Origins
Bargain Central in Fort Erie grew into the go-to place for area residents mainly due to their attention to details. Furniture was and is meticulously steam cleaned to present a ready to use item for customers. Appliances are tested and confirmed working, and further provided a 30 day warranty. Same day delivery, coffee and doughnuts at in-store events, and a host of other “little” things that speak of respect and courtesy for the customer.
The desire and focus of Bargain Central was and remains a desire to help households attain quality items at the best economy. When a high majority of typical households find it difficult to obtain a solid washer and dryer set without going into debt, or to add some nice furniture into their home without a payment plan, it is a substantial plus to find that the quality of nice can actually be affordable.

Bargain Central Advantage – Partnering
In the autumn of 2015 Bargain Central was introduced to UserTutor Corporation and the opportunities for an eFranchise were explored, and then developed as BargainCentral.ca. The mandate of UserTutor was to assist people in their pursuits of earning a livelihood. They build opportunities for entrepreneurs and partner with them in growing those opportunities (eFranchise Opportunity).
This partnering of values and our pursuits to help others is where the Bargain Central advantage took shape. Quality and value are integral to the in-store products, and extends to what is offered on-line. Wholesalers and importers are researched and queried for their stability and commitment to service before we would carry their product line. We have in fact turned down at least a dozen potential suppliers before selecting our current because the previous did not satisfy what we expect from a wholesaler. And what we now have is access to tens of thousands of with-warranty and free-shipped products that we can offer on-line.

Bargain Central Advantage – Opportunities
With approximately 80% of on-line ventures ending in failure it can be difficult to see what advantage is available in becoming an eFranchisee or Vendor.

The quality and economy of our on-line products is available to Vendors and eFranchisees. Lack of product should not present a barrier to those seeking to build their on-line business. Product lines through our wholesaler can be used to start building a presence and developing a customer base. Or they can augment an existing line and market niche.
No money down to get started. Vendors and eFranchisees are provided the opportunity to get started with zero investment in their website presence, product listing, consultation and advice. They pay when they get paid. Each application is reviewed and a commission structure is put in place where payments come from actual sales so there’s no out of pocket to get started on BargainCentral.ca
There is a monthly cap on the commissions. Bargain Central does not take a piece of every dollar a Vendor or eFranchisee earns from their sales. A monthly cap is set in every commission agreement. We need to cover operational costs but success should not be a liability. When a Vendor or eFranchisee surpasses the cap they are the ones to benefit from their hard work. Other than the payment processing fee required by the gateways they receive the entire commission.
The interactive community consists of members with business and on-line expertise. Vendors and eFranchisees have direct access to this knowledge through the support groups and private messaging. Ask us, ask UserTutor Corp, ask Data49 Design, ask TheTechPlex, or ask Blog Writes. We are all active in the community and available to assist right from your own website.
The interactive community invites expertise and collaboration. Every Vendor and eFranchisee can connect with any or all of the other members within the community. A Vendor in Alberta might have a product line of interest to an eFranchisee in Ontario and a working partnership is formed to bring that line east. Or they have a marketing strategy that intrigues others and collaboration takes place. The expertise and experience of other like-minded entrepreneurs are part of the same community.
Access within the community is through each Vendor’s and eFranchisee’s own website space. Log in, business as usual, and the support groups are right there. The activity wall is right there to post to and broadcast across the entire network. Private messaging is available in the site’s navigation menu to connect with others in confidence.
Technical support is at a Vendor’s and eFranchisee’s fingertips. The original developers of the network system are also community members and available to assist with questions about using the e-Commerce system, designing the page or site, and even content for pages, posts and products. They help reduce the mystery and complications often experienced in working on-line. No Vendor or eFranchisee will find themselves tossed into the deep end of the pool.
No one is alone! There are many more benefits to discover but this one is so important we would conclude here to emphasise this.
