Purchase Agreement
Purchase Terms
Notwitstanding specific item and/or Vendor terms of purchase all item sales are sold as is. All sales are deemed final unless otherwise stated in the specific item and/or Vendor terms of purchase or in this Purchase Agreement. Any Vendor may offer additional terms as incentive to purchase, as free delivery or extended warranty. Such terms are included in the product description and electronically stored within the database.
Cancellation
At any time prior to checkout an order may be cancelled or deleted. Once payment has been processed cancellation will be subject to the methods for refund as assessed by the Vendor, or as indicated in any additional item and/or Vendor terms of purchase.
Damage
If damage occurs to any purchased product and it is determined to be Vendor fault a full refund will be issued including any delivery or shipping costs, and processing fees will be refunded as Vendor or eFranchise credit.
Refunds
In the instances where refunds for a purchase are provided, processing fees will be excluded from the total refund as such fees are paid out to the payment gateway and processors immediately upon conducting the transaction. Refund methods may be conducted as a payment reversal through the payment gateway or they may be provided through Vendor credit as a coupon code towards future purchases. Where a Vendor has provided delivery or shipping such costs are also excluded from refund. Refund methods are at the discretion of the Vendor.
Disputes
Where a dispute may arise between a Vendor and purchaser a Bargain Central representative will provide third party mediation and assessment of the specific dispute. In such cases where third party mediation and assessment is required the determination by the Bargain Central representative will be deemed final to all involved parties.
Complaints
Any complaints brought against an eFranchise, a Vendor, or a purchaser will be thoroughly investigated by a Bargain Central representative. The Bargain Central representative's assessment will be recorded and made available to all affected parties, and will include recommendations for resolution. Resolution is foremost intended to satisfy all involved parties, but in the case of intentional negligence or deception on the part of any party such recommendations may include termination of eFranchise agreement, Vendor rights, or membership. Recommendations will be reviewed and enacted by a senior Bargain Central representative and considered final resolution to the complaint. Criminal acts will be immediately brought to the attention of the authorities.
Purchasing Assurance
Bargain Central goes to great lengths to provide a safe and rewarding purchase experience for all members. Every eFranchise website's content and communication is secured by 2048-bit SSL encryption through the industry recognized Comodo Positive SSL certificate. All purchase checkouts are further protected through the assured securities of every payment gateway.
All information exchanged is securely stored and encrypted and will never be shared with outside third parties.
All eFranchisees and all Vendors have provided applications to Bargain Central in order to offer their services and products, and those applications have been thoroughly reviewed. Additionally each eFranchisee and each Vendor commence their offerings under a probabtionary period carefully monitored by Bargain Central representatives to ensure they provide the best purchase experiences for members.
